SUDRAW – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to SUDRAW (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, surveys, prize draws, and related services (the “Platform”). By using SUDRAW, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18+ years old to participate.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, or misuse.

4. Surveys

• Participation in surveys is voluntary.
• You agree to provide honest and accurate responses.
• We may disqualify incomplete, inconsistent, fake response, incoherent response, or fraudulent responses.
• Rewards or entries may not be granted if responses are deemed invalid.

5. Prize Draws 

• Entry into prize draws will solely  be gained through completion of 10 surveys with up to 14 questions each. 
• The draw is completely free entry upon completion of 114 short questions.
• You will qualify for the draw immediately when you complete 114 questions.
• Winners will be determined immediately.

6. Free Entry Route

• The draws  are completely free upon successful submission of 2 sections.

7. Rewards & Incentives

• Rewards may include vouchers or  cash equivalents.
• Rewards may be withdrawn in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Use automated bots or scripts.
• Attempt to manipulate survey results or prize draw outcomes.
• Impersonate any individual or entity

9. Data Protection & Privacy

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws (including UK GDPR). - No personal data is shared with any 3rd party.
• You have the right to delete your account at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on SUDRAW (logos, text, design, and materials) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

SUDRAW shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures, lost entries, or system interruptions

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Any misuse of rewards after delivery.

12. Suspension or Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if users breach these Terms.

13. Amendments

• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.

SUDRAW – Prize Draw Rules

1. Promoter

All draws are operated by SUDRAW.

2. Eligibility

• Open to participants 18years of age or older.

• Void where prohibited by law

3. Entry Methods

• Automatic entry via survey completion

• Free postal or online entry route (details provided per draw)

4. Entry Limits

• Limits per person will be stated in each draw

• Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified

5. Winner Selection

• Winners are selected upon right-guessing system generated winning number.

• Draw is available as soon as the required number of surveys/polls are completed. 

6. Winner Notification

• Winners are determined immediately

• Once your walllet balance reached $5 you may request for a withdrawal.

7. Prizes

• Non-transferable, cash alternatives may be considered. 

• We may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Lost or delayed entries

• Technical issues

• Events outside our reasonable control

10. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to:

• Disqualify fraudulent participants

• Cancel or amend draws if necessary

The little personal data only remain with us for as long as necessary for our survey/poll processing reasons. It will be deleted after 2 years of inactivity.
 

Eligibility & Prize Draw Clause

1. Eligibility

• Minimum Age: This survey and any associated prize draws are open only to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Residency: Participation is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Nigeria.

2. Consent for Minors (Under 18s)

• No minors, you must be 18+ of age befpre you can participate in our draws and polls.

3. Prize Draw Rules

• No Purchase Necessary: Entry into any prize draw is free and occurs automatically upon successful and truthful completion of the survey.
• Verification: We reserve the right to request proof of age (such as a birth certificate or ID) before a prize is issued. Failure to provide valid proof may result in disqualification.

4. Prohibited Content

• All survey responses must be truthful and must not contain any vulgar, offensive, fake, incoherent, or inappropriate content. Submissions violating this standard will be disqualified from the draw and deleted from our systems.
